Whoa....

I guess I've been busy with the holidays, but don't fear, lots of Puglia-wine info on the way. The mushroom and wine-pairing experiment is still in full effect. Kristin and I have been drinking a lot of the highly-refreshing novello wines around here, but I'll soon be diving back into bottles that you can find in the States.
