Horror movies and wine have nothing in common, right? Well, they do if you're working in a winery. Turns out that grape skins and juice look a lot like the make up and fake blood used in horror movies. Winery workers have been nicknamed many things, including cellar rats, but I've never heard us referred to as zombies. Here are some photos I took while working as a winery assistant during the 2010 harvest at Oregon's Dobbes Family Estate Winery. If I hadn't told you that these photos feature winery workers, what might you have thought?
